Iced when it lands and cut here in the shop. No middleman, no preservatives.

Whole, filleted, portioned or smoked in the shop’s own smokehouse.

Deliveries run Thursdays and Fridays.

Anything else is a pickup at the shop on W 8th. Standing orders are welcome — most accounts run the same list every week.
